About Me
I am passionate about epigenetics and the idea that while genetics create the blueprint, our daily habits and environment shape how those genes express themselves.
I have personally dealt with chronic symptoms such as lightheadedness, bloating, nausea, acne, and low energy. I understand how overwhelming it feels when your symptoms affect your confidence and your ability to enjoy your life. My goal is to offer compassionate, sustainable, and realistic support so you can feel grounded in your body again and confident in your healing journey.
