What I Do

My name is Alex, I am a Holistic Health Coach. I empower my clients to take control of their health - mentally, emotionally, and physically - by supporting them through the process of creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

My goal as a Holistic Health Coach is to help you return to holistic alignment. Through this return to alignment,  you will have the opportunity to become the best version of yourself and will be in a position to attract abundance into your life.

I have practiced a healthy lifestyle from the day I was born. Born at home, my parents raised me in a low-toxic environment, with a diet full of whole foods, and an emphasis on self-care and self-love. Through my father, a Doctor of Chiropractic, and my mother, a Reiki Master, I learned the importance of not only the food with which we choose to nourish our bodies, but of the other aspects of health as well such as the power of our minds.
